msi z270-a pro only works with two ram memories

Hi, the msi z270-a pro motherboard only works with two ram memory cards when I add one or two more and it won't boot anymore. Now I am using with two 8gb modules and I have two 4gb modules unused because of this problem. The cpu pins are fine, the cables are also well installed on the motherboard. So I don't know what the problem is that the pc only starts with two ram memories. I also tried the ram slots and they all work. I cleaned the slots with a fine brush and also cleaned the ram slots with an eraser but nothing, it does not work. Also when I changed the motherboard I did a clean Windows 10 installation. I attach a Windows image where you can see that it does not recognize neither the processor nor the installed ram and the second image is the most curious one which is something connected to the M.2 but I do not know what it is, that component connected to the m2 already came with the motherboard I bought.
Well I hope you can help me to solve this problem.
Thank you very much in advance.
    Best regards.

The blurry picture looks like an adapter that provides a PCI-E X4 slot from an M.2 socket. I have never seen anything like that before, and it's not obvious how you'd use it, physically. (Usually an X4 slot is used for a card in the back of the PC.)

One thing to try is using one pair of matching DIMMs at a time. Try the 4GB pair without having the 8GB pair in the PC. Does it boot then?

I regret that I can't reply in Spanish.

Thank you very much for the answer. If the 4gb pair works and the 8gb pair works, a 4gb module will also work with an 8gb module.

As you have different memory sticks, did you read the MB manual to know where to install the 8G and the 4G sticks?
If the 4G doesn't have same specs of the 8G you may have a problem.
In witch memory slot you have the 8G sticks on?
What are the specs of the 8G and 4G sticks?

I tried that ram configuration and it didn't work. Something that may be important that I don't clarify in the first message is that the bios leds when I put the four or three ram lights up the first led and then the second. The first one I think is the one with the cpu and the second one with the ram. Another thing I noticed is that when those lights are turned on, the fan in the middle of the gpu rotates for the second that the lights of the leds that mark errors last.

Even the two 8G are different.
    Slot 1 8G is Kingston - DDR4-2132 16-15-15-36
    Slot 2 8G is Micron - DDR4-2400 21-17-17-39

If you don't want memory issues, don't mix memory types
