Anyone know the location of USB icon file in 2004?

In v1909 I able to change the icon by going into program data...device info and adding an icon and changing the name to the actual ico file listed there. It worked perfectly. After 2004 upgrade, the icon reverted back but I can't seem to locate where ms is storing the ico file. Anyone have any ideas? TIA

    C:\Windows\System32\comctl32.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\compstui.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\comres.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\DDORes.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\dmdskres.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\dsuiext.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\ieframe.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\imageres.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\mmcndmgr.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\mmRes.Dll
    C:\Windows\System32\moricons.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\mstscax.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\ncpa.cpl
    C:\Windows\System32\NetCenter.Dll
    C:\Windows\System32\netshell.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\networkexplorer.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\PifMgr.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\PniDui.Dll
    C:\Windows\System32\pnidui.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\SensorsCpl.Dll
    C:\Windows\System32\SetupApi.Dll
    C:\Windows\System32\SHELL32.dll {default icon file}
    C:\Windows\System32\url.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\wiashext.dll
    C:\Windows\System32\wmploc.DLL
    C:\Windows\System32\wpdshext.dll

I am not sure but look in C:\Windows\System32\imageres.dll.

    I hope this helps!

Thanks to everyone and your input. I got tired of searching and decided to just make changes in the registry. I'll mark as solved.
