You can only rely on Bios versions produced by the maker of the hardware concerned.
I have not downloaded, and will not download, your zip file.
Denis
I risked downloading the .zip, it contains a text file, the most significant info being:
System Manufacturer Acer
System Model Aspire ES1-711
System SKU Aspire ES1-711_0843_1_08
Processor Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU N3540 @ 2.16GHz, 2159 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date Insyde Corp. V1.08, 10/28/2015
BIOS Mode UEFI
BaseBoard Manufacturer Acer
BaseBoard Product EA70_BM
As far as I can make out from the Acer support site, your V1.08 bios appears to be the most recent available.
What makes you think you need another bios?
Your 'BIOS Version/Date Insyde Corp. V1.08' seems to already be the most up to date available on the Acer support site.

Welcome to Ten Forums.
This HP support page has the latest F57 Rev A bios, and previous versions back to F42 Rev A.

The download however is a Windows .exe file. If you can't boot to Windows in order to run it, then this support page may help.
