I think I fiddled all cables connected to the drives. However, I think it's the SATA.

To be honest, I first thought it had to do with Windows 10. But the same happened with Linux Mint, so I know it's a hardware problem.

I changed all the cables but the problem happened again.

It mostly happens when I use Steam, it just freezes and then Windows stop working. When I restart, D: drive isn't shown. However, now with the new cables, once I restarted, the D: drive was there. But the problem still exists with Windows stop working...

In the event viewer, it says something about a problem with IO that has to do with D: , but I don't know what that is.

PS: PC temperatures are normal at all times, no problem there.

It would be good to know what the Event Viewer error is. Can you take screen shots of the general error and the detailed error?

A few other tasks to check:

Run System File Checker : Run SFC Command in Windows 10

Run Chkdsk on the drives : Drive Error Checking in Windows 10 (I prefer Option 3)

Here's the photo from Event Viewer, all disk warnings are pretty much the same as the ones you see (the only thing that changes is the error code).

Also, I updated the mobo's driver, it was the only driver or anything in general that I could update. I don't think anything will be fixed by that, but you never know... I'll start running the tests you told me as well.

I'm rebooting and going for the other test you suggested.

I rebooted and I'm stuck at the Windows login screen. I put my password and then it just reloads the page and asks for my password again (I have the correct password and it doesn't give any wrong password warning). It does that no matter the sign in option I choose.

I also tried to reboot again, in case it was some sort of quick problem, but that didn't help.

I suggest that you start a thread over in the BSOD and Debbugging forum here. You will get much better help on your startup problem over there.
You can refer them to this thread, but the important information is that you ran SFC, it found problems and fixed them, and now you are stuck at the logon screen.

I could suggest some options but troubleshooting Windows issues is not my strong suit, so lets get this problem solved over in debugging first.

One thing you could try is doing a Startup Repair.

Run Startup Repair in Windows 10

To get to Advanced Startup Options I find it easiest to press the SHIFT key while clicking on RESTART in the Power Menu.

I tried Start-Up Repair, but it couldn't find anything wrong. So, I guess I'll go and to the BSOD section and post there. I'll leave this thread unsolved until I make sure everything with D: drive works correctly.

    Thanks a lot for everything!

Lots of talk about cables but could it be your drive is just dying.

If you unplug D: with power cord will machine boot?

I tried booting without each drive. The first time without the C: drive. However, it entered the BIOS, since Windows is in the C: drive. I also tried booting from the D: drive, but it still did the login problem.

If you get to login screen there should be some icons, lower right. Hold shift key down and click shutdown.

Then open box and disconnect D:

    Leave C: connected.

Power on and allow to boot.

You mean do a full shutdown and disconnect D:? I mean, it's not like I have fast startup enabled, so when I shutdown it completely closes. I pulled out D: completely before while the PC was completely close, but nothing changed (I still had C: in of course).

Will a full shutdown help even though I already have disabled fast startup?
