    Check Staples.com or hardware stores to see if you can locate some extra thin and powerful double-sided tape before you start. That or I've also used RTV silicone that dries like an adhesive but remains flexible.

    Update: SSD came in and has been successfully installed in computer. It says that if I enable Momentum Cache through Crucial Storage Executive, I will also see a greater improvement in performance. But Crucial Storage Executive isn't enabling the Momentum Cache. The wheel just spins and spins.

    Is there a way that I can enable Momentum Cache without enabling it through Crucial?

    Hi.

    Make sure that the SSD firmware is totally up-to-date via the Crucial Executive Software.
    Forget about the Momentum Cache - it is totally unnecessary - no speed gain.

    How large is the drive?
