Internal Bluetooth detected in device manager, but cant install drivers

I have seen this problem come up a lot , but the problem still hasn't been solved .

My internal Bluetooth device shows up in my device manager under other devices , but i cant install any drivers . the driver it had was Realtek Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter , when trying to reinstall it it it shows the following

Internal Bluetooth detected in device manager, but cant install drivers-device-manager.png Internal Bluetooth detected in device manager, but cant install drivers-driver-update-fale.png

After running troubleshoot for Bluetooth i got this :

Internal Bluetooth detected in device manager, but cant install drivers-troubleshooter-prt-1.png Internal Bluetooth detected in device manager, but cant install drivers-troubleshooter-prt-2.png

the problem started after the laptop crashed , i ran system restore and everything worked except the bluetooth .i have run multiple driver installers/updater's (Intel® Driver & Support Assistant , DriverPack-17-Online ) , and all of them say theirs no drivers for my device .

let me know if i'm short on information

    thanks in advance

Yes , and i used they're HPSupportSolutionsFramework-12.15.14.3 to automatically detect my device and search for the right driver , and still the same they didn't show any Bluetooth drivers for the device .

Well it could be the blue tooth device itself is faulty maybe try an external blue tooth adapter

haha , had a feeling it might come down to that . noticed in device manager under the device details theirs no manufacturer details or model detail . was hoping that its a software related problem . . . . .
    thanks for the help .

im actually shocked at how fast i got replies , other forum i could have easily waited more than a day .

The lack of an installed driver can have those symptoms so it might still be a software problem.

Does the Details tab provide a HardwareID? If so try using the procedure at search for drivers by HardwareID - TenForums

it doesn't show any hardware ID , Module ,Manufacture or signature . When running troubleshooter it says "system is not capable of using Bluetooth" , if you use the hp driver software its says "we could find drivers for your device" and when trying to manually install the driver (correct driver and version) it says the data is invalid . when scanning with apps Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and DriverPack they don't even detect the Bluetooth device at all. the device manager is basically the only place i can see that detects it
