After an update of Win10 in early April, my Logitech HD C615 webcam is no longer recognized by my system. Until 03-04-2020 he always worked but now he is seen as a USB video device and I can't get them to work anymore, someone has an idea what I can do about it.
See whether you can find a new driver for it.
I have already downloaded it but unfortunately does not work. LWS 2.80 says "The webcam you are trying to install is not supported by this version of the software". And the "Camera Settings 2.10.4" software does not recognize a Logitech camera. Webcam also does not work with UVC driver. Until 03-04-2020 the camera worked completely satisfactorily under Windows10 Pro version 1909.
In Device Manager see if you can roll back the driver to a older version.
I have no way to roll back the driver, even did a system restore to earlier this year and it didn't help either. The driver remains "USB Video Device". I bought the webcam in April 2014 and it has always worked well.
