    Logitech G603 Mouse Scrolling Issues


    Hi all,
    For some time now I have been having really frustrating scrolling problems - not just with this mouse, but I have tried 2 others with the same results. When scrolling with the wheel, the screen will scroll a short way ( up or down) and then scroll the other way - like a 3 steps forward, 2 steps back! The number of lines scrolling is also random at times, but NEVER smooth. So annoying. I have tried all the mouse wheel stuff in control panel. Having to use the scroll bars is annoying
    Any help appreciated

    Issues still there


    Hi and thanks for your response. I am surprised you recommended "Driver Easy" as a possible solution considering the horror stories surrounding it. I am not a fan of any automated repair program especially when it comes to critical system software. Notwithstanding, this same problem occurs on my laptop as well. Both systems have the same Windows build, and I am wondering if perhaps there is something wrong with Windows itself.

    I and many others on this forum and other forums I frequent, don't have problems with Windows 10 1909-18363.720. You may be experiencing problems with applications, devices, or drivers for devices.

    This is happening on Desktop and Laptop - identical problem. The laptop only has minimal apps since its not for regular use. Maybe its a virus, although Eset has not found anything. I will try another scanner.

    The posted link just installs Logitech Game Hub - been there before and already installed The Laptop mouse has touchpad and el Cheapo Dick Smith wireless mouse. The touchpad works fine.
