Every time I download something it gets saved to the C: drive when I want it to be saved to the D: drive. I've already gone into my settings and changed what drive things are supposed to be saved to from C to D, but they still just get saved to the C drive. I have Windows 10 if that helps.
Hi Russ992 and welcome to the forums. Sometimes apps can be set to save downloads in different places. Find out which app is saving downloads where and the change the apps preferences. If you can tell us what the app is we could help you find where the download preference setting is located.
When you say "Every time I download something it gets saved to the C: drive when I want it to be saved to the D" are you talking internet downloads? If so, you you need to go to the browser setting and tell it where to save (download) the files to.
In Chromium Edge, its Settings, Downloads. Click the change box and choose a location. Can remember what it was under Edge and can't speak of other browsers.
