Microsoft Wireless Mice not working on W10 Upgraded Toshiba Laptops

    Dear Colleagues,

I've been tearing my hair out with this one for 2 days now. I have 2 toshiba laptops (Satellites) which I've just upgraded to W10. They both worked perfectly. One has a Microsoft Wireless Mouse 3500 and the other a Microsoft Wireless Sculpt Mobile Mouse. Suddenly, last thursday or friday, both mice won't work. I've looked into this in detail and the diagnostics state that both are ok. Installed latest Mouse and Keyboard centre software from MS - no difference.

I work in IT, and whilst I'm not a tecchie I can reformat a PC etc., so I'm not too bad at this kind of thing but can't solve this one at all. I even rolled back the last two KB (system not Defender) updates from MS and that made no difference. Also installed the updated system files from Toshiba and no difference.

Any help would be gratfully received as I'm doing pennance having to use a wired mouse again!
