    Same error as before.

    For point (10)
Intel Driver and Support Assistant didn't find any updates, and it couldn't run from safe mode gives error (Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan.).

    setupdiag produces only 2 files:
    SetupDiag.7z

Here is the log if I run from CMD:
    log.txt

    New V2 log:

I have seen this software in Reliability Monitor stopped working many many times and I thought it has something to do with CPU load during game running, so I uninstall then reinstall but it's not working properly any more.

Why is that? and why one week to reinstall?

The Intel chipset drivers were not yet installed.

Run the Intel driver and support assistant to see whether it finds a driver.

If it doesn't then install the chipset drivers from the Dell website (iastora.sys)
    Follow with Windows updates.

    Then post a new V2.

Windows driver verifier is a tool that is used to find misbehaving drivers.

Read these links on the tool:

(learn how to use the Windows Recovery Environment commands reset and bootmode to turn off the tool)

(do not use the tool until it is communicated in the thread)

Intel Driver and Support Assistant wasn't able to find any updates, so I installed the one downloaded from DELL website.

I read somewhere that removing GPU drivers help with the issue, so I removed them but nothing fixed.

Here is setuperr.log file, if it would help.

Please install the GPU drivers (source Dell website).

    Make a restore point:
Create System Restore Point in Windows 10

    For Windows driver verifier:

    a) make a restore point
    b) in the custom window select all non-Microsoft drivers
    c) in the custom window select the 3 tests in the TF link:
Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10

    d) After each BSOD the tool must be turned off to be able to return to the desktop
Use windows RE (safe mode) reset and if necessary the bootmode commands

    e) The custom settings must be chosen for each new test

    f) Increase the custom tests by 3 -5 / hour up to the 19 customized tests in the Microsoft link:
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...3-c48669e4c983

    g) There can be performance problems and slow boot while using the tool.
If they are significant the customized tests can be modified.

    h) Plan to use the tool for 48 hours and then for an additional 36 hours after the last BSOD.
If there are no longer any BSOD that will complete the use of the tool.

    For any BSOD:

    a) run the V2 log collector to collect new log files

    b) open file explorer> this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
    > if the file size is < 1.5 GB then zip > post a separate share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

So, my only option now is to run these tests for about 5 days and it may or may not fix the issues !!!

The repair upgrade needs repair !!

I just give up, I will start to back up my data and download the software I use and need.

I will prepare for a clean install and I guess I will wait for v.2004 to save time and avoid getting in other hassles, I read it will be released soon.

Thanks for all the help given.

The clean install is the best option as it creates new partition structure.

The next best options are either reset save files or custom install.

If interested in comparing them there are tutorials for each of the three methods.

I successfully upgraded to version 1909 without a clean install.

    Here is what I done.

I have been searching for a fix and found this, stating that this update KB4541335 to address some issues affecting the operating systems.

So I went to download it since it is not showing at Windows updates, and found this at the download page:
    BIOS update Will Not Install-annotation-2020-03-27-160830.png

which recommends to install the latest servicing stack update (SSU) before installing the latest cumulative update.

I downloaded and installed KB4541338 since I don't know if Windows updates installed it or not, then I let Windows updates to run again and download Windows 10 version 1909 once more.
    BIOS update Will Not Install-annotation-2020-03-26-014519.png

It then asked for a restart and after that it was installed.

Now I can run BIOS update without any issues.

Thanks once more guys for all the help offered.

I downloaded and installed KB4541338 since I don't know if Windows updates installed it or not ...
    For info -
If KB4541338 SSU installed when you ran it then it had not been installed before. SSUs, like many updates, stop & tell you if they have already been installed.
Anytime you want to, you can also check the list of installed updates in Control panel, Programs & features, View installed updates.
