    Problem with Caps Lock key

    Hello
I bought a wireless Logitech K800 Keyboard and I use Windows 10 Pro 64 bits
    1) It seems the Caps lock does not work (and the Nums lock key neither !
Is the re a wa y to fix it ?

    2) Contrary to the "old" keyboards, there is no visual indicator of the status of these keys ! Is the re a way (a 3rd party sof wa re ?) to display something on the screen when these keys will be active ?
Thanks Have a good da y

    Serge,

See the Logitech website for guidance.

1 If it is a recent purchase then seek a refund from the seller.

2 If there is a solution it will come from Logitech not from a third party.

As the owner of several Logitech keyboards you shouldn't need any 3 rd party software to fix caps and num pad issues. As suggested if these things aren't working you should return the keyboard.

Also FYI, there are absolutely not issues with Logitech's software (the required unifying software, or the optional but extremely useful Options software) under Windows 10. In addition to the keyboards I also own several Logitech Mice.

With that, if you've got the Options software installed you should get a notification on screen telling you the caps was turned on.

    Varies from brand/make/model. Your's doesn't.

Anyway, a lot of programs have their own indicator for caps lock on/off ... e.g. MS Word > right click on status bar at bottom of MS Word> from popup menu, tick Caps Lock. The words "Caps Lock" will appear on the LH side of the status bar, as appropriate.
