After hours of tinkering and getting used to the iCue program, it has a Zero RPM setting. I've never heard my system run so silent but is it wise? I mean there are 10 other fans running at 1500 rpm which are super silent, it's just the 3 7500rpm mining fans on the H150 that are the noisy ones.
I would suggest you monitor your temps and adjust from there. I run a very silent system - only three case fans + two 140mm for AIO radiator and my CPU (i9-9900K) idle temps average 37C. Heavy load around 85C.

Since I don't overclock I keep my fans mid range - two large 200mm fans max at 750 RPM but I run around 400 RPM. The three 140mm Corsair fans run max 1600 but I run below 1000 RPM.

For me, being an audiophile, I need an extremely quiet system over extremely low temps (especially since I don't overclock).

I don't used my EVGA Software to control fans as I use on my motherboard can control my EVGA CLC cooler 280!
For my EVGA CLC cooler 280 does have EVGA software Flow Control that is for changing RBD led and Update firmware save setting into cooler pump or control the fans then no need after!
I have remove this software on my CLC 280 and USB cable for pump. I use PWM pin from pump to Motherboard PWM header and for cooler Radiator fans push and pull go my MB CPU1 and CPU2 then I can adjust fan to Set Smart in my BIOS setting. For pump must set 100% but I set 95% good enough for me! It more quiet.

At the mo my My CPU running idle at 26c with 999 rpm for CPU1 and 1040 RPM CPU2 for radiator when full loaded 100% with 12 cores went up at between 68 to 74c depend my room temperature!! I can't hear any noise fans and full loaded it so quiet that I have set fan at 80% at 100c it more quiet and no need to 100%. It never touch 80c....
Then that why I use my AIDA64 monitor my CPU and other too!!!

In iCue you can set fans to balanced, silent, performance, etc.

Be aware we're talking Corsair and it's software, not EVGA

    Thanks.
