Sorry, but it's not a Explorer image. It's a Disk Manager (C:\Windows\System32\diskmgmt.msc) image

    Missing HDD and CD/DVD

Megahertz - sorry about the misunderstanding. I have enclosed the Diskmgmt display in the hope that this is what you need.

According to that picture your second HDD is not working. Please make a screenshot of drives in Device manager.

Your windows partition has a C: letter assigned to it. Also the CD/DVD has a F:. They should be shown on Explorer.
Try to do a Restart (not a shutdown and start) so it doesn't use the fast start function.

    You have 5 Recovery partitions
D: recovery (16.6 G) is probably the HP factory recover
The other 4 are 5xx M, and they are Windows Recovery. I don't know how / why you have more than one.

You have a very nice laptop. It is missing a SSD.
    My suggestions:
    - Buy a small SSD (128 G) to install Windows and programs. Crucial BX500
    - Buy a Hard Drive Caddy to replace the CD/DVD drive. There is a 9.5mm and a 12.7mm height . See what is the height of your CD/DVD

Backup your data to an external drive.
Do a Clean install on the SSD.
During installation of Win 10 on the SSD, enter Audit mode, clean the HDD, format it and move the C:\Users (SSD) to the D:\Users (HDD) using syprep (Kari Tutorial).
I have done this on 4 desktop and 5 laptops (Win 7 or Win 10). I can guide you and provide all documentation and scripts.
You will have the speed of a SSD with the space of a HDD at low cost (~US$35)

    Missing HDD and CD/DVD

    Hello again,

I am still unable to display the HDD and CD/DVD in, My Computer. However, it is displayable in device manage ran a few other displays. This is not good enough ! When this computer was purchsed both drives where available and could be displayed.

Also, I now have a drive that can be displayed but nothing can be done to it like formating, etc. Can someone please help me, even if it means reinstalling Windows 10
