No. This figure is meaningless as to where and what data may be effected. It simply indicates that your hard drive is failing ... and more than likely, will get worse. And it depends on whether the failure is mechanical or digital.
Trouble with adding 3rd party programs now, is it is likely to interfere with any existing data and programs.
How successful has the backing up of your data been? Are you still looking for data to be copied?

Strange new problem:
I did another HD Tune scan overnight and now it's telling me that there are no damaged blocks... every block is coming back as being green and it says 0.0% damaged blocks... How is this possible???

This has been seen after running other software (HD Sentinel).
The critical test is Sea Tools for Windows long generic test.
If this fails then plan to replace the drive after backing up important files.
I just believed that once the HDD had been physically damaged it couldn't be repaired and further tests using HD Tune would only reveal more damaged blocks....
What's even more strange is that in the original HD Tune scan screenshot it displays that there are "0.0% Damaged blocks"

More than likely this drive is failing "mechanically" i.e. data is still intact but the spinning mechanism is failing, good now, bad now, good now, bad now.
Waste of time spending any more effort on it, grab your data, get out now, and bin it. Drives are expendable, that's the price of owning a computer.

Right, "mechanically" is the word that would have been much better for me to use than "physically".
I'm still trying in the middle of copying off my data to an external USB HDD, but it's taking time because my files are all over the place on my current failing 2TB Seagate HDD and I keep worrying that I'll forget to copy over some files... :'( :'( :'(
I'll do another scan using HD Tune tonight while I'm copying files off to the external USB HDD.
No!! Worst thing you can do with a failing drive is to put it under more pressure running multiple programs.
Don't know how you're copying at the moment, but I'd be looking at using something like Robocopy, to MOV the files to the new location. That way you can check manually if there are any missed/leftovers, and move them manually (Cut/Paste).
Alternatively, as I do, use Robocopy to COPY files across, then run SyncBackFree to mirror files from source (old failing drive) to destination (new drive). SyncBackFree will "match" the 2 drives and copy any uncopied files to the destination.
Important thing on this drive ... one thing at a time.
Remembering, if the drive is failing - mechanically/physically, or electronically - there may be some files that are beyond recovery - a lesson learnt for always backup, in the future.
Your advice is much appreciated as this issue has really been causing me a lot of stress!
I'm using the 3rd party app "Teracopy Pro" to copy the files off this damaged 2TB Seagate internal HDD to an external USB HDD.
Earlier Bree mentioned that I can use Windows 10 Pro's inbuilt "Backup and Restore -- Create a system image" but will using this feature backup every file on my 2TB Seagate internal HDD or will it only backup the "Windows 10 System Files"
I've been wanting to use "CHKDSK" but I was fearful that it may damage my 2TB Seagate internal HDD further...?
What else can I do?

I forgot to mention that I've been thinking of using the official "SeaTools" app from Seagate and do another scan, but I'm worried about doing another scan and damaging the Seagate HDD further...
Is this drive the one that has your Windows system on it and that you boot from, or is Windows on another drive and this drive is just for data and/or games?
You can make a system image of this drive with Backup & Restore (Windows 7), but the system image has to include the partition(s) from the drive that Windows is installed on. You cannot de-select those partitions, but you can optionally include any other partitions and drives (such as this one) in the system image. Macrium Reflect on the other hand would allow you to make an image of just this one drive.

That is not entirely surprising. All hard drives have a pool of unused sectors set aside, when a weak sector is detected one of the good sectors from the spare pool can be remapped to take its place. This is called sector reallocation, but the HDD will only do this when a sector is accessed and confirmed to be bad. Your scan of the entire drive drive probably triggered the detection and reallocation.
You can confirm if this is the case by looking at the S.M.A.R.T. data for the drive on HD Tune's Health tab. The '(05) Reallocated Sector Count' will tell you if, and how many sectors have been reallocated. One or two reallocated sectors may not necessarily mean the drive is dying but many more, particularly if the number increases the more you use the drive, is a sure indication that the drive needs replacing.
The HDD would have attempted to recover data from the weak sector before reallocating, so at this stage you should not have lost any data. But it may only be a matter of time before it deteriorates further so back up all your files as soon as possible.
before keep fiddleing with the drive, back up your most important files at least!!!! even if it doesnt show any bad blocks now (after using some fixing program, for instance), that HD is NOT reliable! If you value your stuff, back it up now.
