Is that under load ? Voltages are still high but temps are great. Did you run Cinbench r20 ?

That's practically idle for that CPU. Se what CB r20 shows.

@CountMike: Norton labels Thaiphoon.exe as malware. But virustotal puts only one flag on it (from Trapmine), and all others show green (including Symantec, parent of Norton -- go figure). Seems to work OK, and no other signs of compromise or threat. Interesting find, thanks!

I'm using it last few years since I switched to Ryzen because it was difficult to set and OC RAM at the beginning. Never got flagged as (potential) malware yet. Programs like that usually dig deep into system and get flagged often because of that. It's actually meant to change and edit firmware in RAM but also reads and displays everything in RAM's firmware control chip.
Findings can be exported for use with other SW like for instance "DRAM-Calculator-for-Ryzen-1.7.0" DRAM Calculator for Ryzen 1.7.0 Download - TechSpot to calculate best settings and OC in BIOS for particular RAM.

So, looking for some advice on temps for my Ryzen 3800x setup. It's running great, and I have no concerns, but numbers are probably a bit higher than they need to be.

    Ambient room temp is 68F/20C
He is on an Asus Tuf Gaming X570 Plus Wifi mobo
AMD Ryzen 3800X CPU (not overclocked). with stock Ryzen Prism Wraith cooler.

Box is idling in Windows 10, sitting around 6-7% CPU. Task Manager always showing ~4.35 Ghz. Never drops.

running hwinfo at idle, I see the following

I am running the AMD Ryzen Balanced power plan under Windows 10.

With Cinebench R20 running, this is what I am seeing in HWinfo

If I start Ryzen Master, at just about idle I see the following:

Too much stuff running in the background, with only FF running mine is barely touching 1% usage and most cores are in sleep state.
