Windows not populating all drives from USB hub?

    Uh.... yeah.

    Anyway, plugging in more than 4-5 devices may be pushing things a bit. Especially if the hub isn't properly designed. With that it would be nice to know how many "active" devices that hub can handle at once. That to me, should be stated for any hub beyond 4 ports.

    Issue was the drives were not being recognized because there were being connected and reconnected while having the same drive letter so file explorer simply ignored them. Solution was to attach all USB devices and oped disc manager and allocate drive paths and letters to each device. This solved the issue and now all drives are present. Now hen adding a new drive I go to disc manager to perform this task. matter solved
