    Mouse Problem


    Mouse performs erratically when the desktop is active. It performs perfectly when a website is active.

    Hi how long has this been happening? have you added any new software? for trouble shooting purposes follow this tutorial and see if problem goes away. Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts

    Change the batteries if a wireless mouse and uninstall reinstall the latest drivers

    Please click on My Vista + Win 7 Batch Files [Should work in Win 10] => Batch Files in my signature and perform this . . .

    Scroll down the FIRST thread.

    Under the heading msinfo32 [MS System Information] - Problem Devices, please run MS_Info32_Find_Problem_Devices.bat, Option [2] and then upload the results and someone will look at it for you.
