Notchy mouse movement

Hello All. First post. I did search found _0_.
Ever since Win10 install my mouse has had a notchy jerky type movement, anything to do with Win 10?

Ronald a little more information would help us answer your question. Laptop vs desktop? USB mouse, wireless mouse, bluetooth mouse? I know my entire system (all three I have updated) was jerky for about an hour until drivers were updated.

Antivirus - windows defender and Mallware Bytes
Other Info: --- goes like a scalded cat (my view)

Ok so it's been several days. It's still notchy. Anybody have any other ideas?

Well, this could be an item of interest, maybe? I took the USB receiver/stick out of the USB 3.0 port on the Antec case and moved it to the USB 2.0 port, seems to have solved my problem, I just don't know why :)

Well I was wrong. That didn't fix the problem. I think I'm calling it by the wrong name.
I've got erratic cursor movement, I can't even "select" the first 5 words of this sentence using the mouse. I tried changing the cursor speed (slower) that didn't work.
Any body have any ideas?
