A while back I bought a powered USB 2.0 Hub (4 ports). Its plugged into a USB 3.0 port on the back of the PC. It currently has 2 ports dedicated to Logitech transceivers (One for a wireless Keyboard and the other a wireless track ball). A third port has a USB 2.0 Bluetooth adapter. The 3 of them co-exist on their own low speed hub. Blue tooth does not come close to maxing out a USB 2.0 port.

The general advice about the dongles is that due to the risk of having radio wave interference, they should be plugged into a USB 2.0 port.

But if you use a USB 3.0 port with a USB 2.0 cable, will that also cancel out the radio interference as it would if you were directly plugging into a USB 2.0 port?
