    Missing drivers?

Your PC appears to be from around 2009.
It has drivers to Windows Vista.

There is absolutely no guarantee of suitable drivers being available for Win 10- you are, like millions of others, running in unspecified territory, entirely at your own risk.

You have not given any background.
Has this PC EVER run Win 10 successfully?
Did it run ok with an earlier build of Win 10, then not when upgraded? That can happen with old machines.

Are you running an Insider build? 1904?? The forum prompted you about specifying your build and how to do so when you wrote your post.

If it ran ok with a older build, then I suggest you stay with that build.

Go to manufacturer's site and download latest drivers for Windows 10 or 8 or 7 or Vista (in that order) and update your drivers. As a last resort you can use Snappy Driver Installer (or similar tool) to automatically install drivers for you. Caution! Avoid updating all the drivers using Snappy. I would first install only the missing drivers (green color) and if problem persists then update the existing drivers (blue color).
