Need advice on compatible M.2 NVME for Gigabyte M. B.

Hi all – I have a system that has a Gigabyte B360M DS3H Motherboard. I would like to install a 1TB M.2 2280 NVME card (not a Sata). Crucial doesn’t seem to have anything that is compatible. Amazon has a Gigabyte card here:

    Robot Check

but I don’t see anything on the Gigabyte website to verify if this is compatible.

Does anyone out there have this particular M. B. and have any brand large M.2 NVME on it? I'm Running W10 Pro, 1909.

    Thanks -

Pretty much any MVMe Gen 3 SSD drive would work. It's just a matter of name brand, price and performance.

And, yes, that would work on that board.

Do consider the source you're trusting your data to before purchase. My general advice is the get something name brand, mid tier and you'll be fine. That Gigabyte drive should be fine.

Be aware that just because an item isn't listed on the qualification list doesn't necessarily denote the item won't work, just that i wasn't tested when list was made. I also own five Gigabyte boards in a 10 year span.

The Gigabyte card came and it’s now installed in my test system. It’s now the home for all of my hyper-V virtual systems. I used to be reluctant to reboot the system with the Hyper-V server because the VMs weren’t exactly fast loading off a Sata Type 3 spinner. The load time for the W10 Pro VM (my insider fast ring system) now loads in a few seconds. I think the VMs are going to be very happy in their new home! Again, thanks for the info.
