That's why disk imaging is so so so often recommended. "Prepare to meet thy doom" - i.e. prepare for the worst.

You're in a hard place. Question is whether you have
    - disk problems
    - whether your Windows partition is intact
    - whether your registry is corrupt

There is no single good way forward for you- only long and arduous multiple time consuming steps- you may be very lucky or not.

    Some outline ideas:
    1. Create a live boot disk
    Toolkit Item: Kyhi’s Rescue Disk – Win10.Guru
    - download the iso, create a bootable disk from it (that's not just copying the iso to a flash drive).
Boot your PC from that and run
HD Tune (Health and Error Scan tabs).

    2. If ok run
    chkdsk x: /scan
(Where x: is your Windows partition on your internal disk).

    3. If ok run
    SFC /SCANNOW
    offline like this:
How to Run SFC OFFLINE (System File Checker tool) - wintips.org - Windows Tips & How-tos

    4. If ok then from the boot disk run
    Macrium Reflect
and run its Fixboot utility and see what it reports.

That's just for starters. And remember in none of this am I allowing for your dual boot configuration.
    So here are the results
Step 1 + step 2 ended with no errors.
Remember that Windows drives are 2 SSDs in RAID 1 mode so bad sectors was difficult to found

Step 3 was a little bit strange.
SFC /SCANNOW found some errors but could not repair them.
When I ran SFC offline the message was "windows resource protection could not perform the requested operation".

    So I tried step 4
Fixboot utility found only Windows 7 . I had to add Windows 10 partition manually, restart windows, make Startup repair but nothing changed

I cannot boot to windows 10

Good that you've been able to run those. I'm not surprised, as I indicated, that your problem is still not resolved as we have no real indication as to the problem- only that SFC failed and Fixboot found only Win 7.

Considering SFC failures, where Windows boots, the normal progression would be using DISM commands, and then an in-place upgrade repair install. You could research using DISM offline.

Please try running System restore offline e.g. by booting from a Win 10 install disk, via 'Repair your computer'. This will give an idea as to whether your registry is intact.

A report from Fixboot would be useful but your dual booting seems to be interfering.

If I wanted to try to recover your Win 10 myself, and ignoring dual boot issues, and assuming the Windows partition is substantially intact, I would image C:, clean install Windows, restore the image of C: in place of the newly created Windows partition, and reboot- either Automatic repair or running Startup Repair should fix booting issues.

If your registry is damaged, and no restore points, you're sunk.

Hopefully others will have some ideas.

    Sorry but I'm comfused.
As I read here Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade an in-place upgrade repair install can performed ONLY within Windows. Right ?
So can I do an in-place upgrade repair install using a USB flash drive with Windows 10 installation files ?
The same with DISM offline How to Use DISM Offline Repair Windows 10?. Right ?

I've already tried System Restore but message was something like "there is no system restore image" even System Protection for Windows 10 disk was Turned on

Fixmbr was successful but Fixboot said "Access denied"

You mean : Image Windows 10 partition - clean install Windows 10 to that partition - restore the Windows 10 image OVER this clean installation ??
The only way I know for imaging a Windows disk or partition is with Acronis True Image. But this method backup an EXACTLY image to restore later on the same or another drive
So can I image my whole Windows 10 partition from within Windows Repair Enviroment ?

Ideal for me would be if I could install Windows with my installation USB over existing Windows.
I need my programs and settings !

    Thank you in advance

I'm wondering if I could take advantage of my other Windows 10 computers. Can I 'copy' any system files ?

I believe you have repeated what I said.

If your Windows partition is intact- and the indications from what you report suggest it isn't- that would recreate everything needed for Windows to boot and you'd have everything back as was - as far as Win 10 and C: are concerned.

It sounds as if you don't believe me and have discarded that idea. I've used it- it works- provided your C: and therefore registry are ok. If you had restore points and offline system restore fails, that suggests your only recovery is copying files from a corrupt installation.

Sorry if I heard so. I DO believe you
But I do not know how can I image Windows 10 partition without boot in Windows 10
Can you help me please ?

Ah- I see. I think you created Kyhi's boot disk- that has Macrium Reflect on it, so just boot your PC from that and run MR. You'll need a large enough disk to write the image file too (which will be significantly smaller than C: )

Or, for example, in Macrium Reflect, like, say, partition managers and some data recovery software, you can create a bootable disk and boot your PC from that to run Macrium.

Remember, absolutely no guarantees- if the registry or other parts of the partition are too corrupt for Windows to boot..

Ideally your new installation would be on a new disk so you can save the existing one- otherwise care as to what you overwrite given you have Win 7 on it too. Best to create a full disk image of everything on your system disk.

    OK This is the story
I followed your instructions but I returned to the beginning

Using Macrium Reflect took an image from Win10 partition
Boot from installation USB, formatted Win10 partition, installed Win10.
Installation of Win10 created a new small partition of about 500MB
In that point could boot even in Win7 and Win10
Using Macrium Reflect restored Win10 image without replace MBR
But restoring replaced (deleted) the new small partition of about 500MB
So when restart and trying to boot to Win10 took the same message "Bad System Config Info" **

But during all these procedures I mentioned that every time I tried to boot in Win10 in Normal even in Safe Mode RAID was broken and need to verify within Windows
I suspect that something happened to Intel RAID drivers into Win10 and prevent to boot

I tried to boot in Safe Mode with Method 3 8 ways to boot into Windows 10 Safe Mode | Digital Citizen to try uninstall (or disable) Intel RAID drivers but did not manage it

So is something else I could try ?

** In fact I was wondering why backing up and restoring back a ''defective'' partition could solve boot problems

If your Win 10 partition is damaged such that even after the procedure I suggested (replacing the Windows partition created by a clean install by restoring an image of your existing Windows partition) you cannot get Windows to boot again, and you have no suitable backup, then yes.
