How do I get 32-bit drivers for an old PC?

My brother uses the 2nd PC I have in my profile. It's on Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit. He wants to have Windows 10 on it. Considering it has 3GB of RAM, I want to install 32-bit variant of Windows 10 in it. I know the key will work for 32-bit. Where can I get the drivers from considering the BIOS wasn't flashed properly by the service centre and model name being Reserved doesn't allow OEM stuffs to get installed? I never installed 32-bit OS anywhere before.

W8 drivers should work in W10.

However, first I would let Windows 10 install any driver it thought suitable from Microsoft's library of drivers. Microsoft have a lot of legacy drivers available via windows update for such older machines. I've usually found older kit will get a suitable driver direct from Microsoft, even when the OEM has not provided one. I have upgraded several older machines and got suitable drivers that way.

Sure thing. if some device has exclamation mark in Device Manager, then I would use it from Driverpack website.

This might be an odd solution but why not just buy 4GB RAM and use W10 64bit ? RAM is super cheap these days and with 7GB RAM your brother will be able to do a lot more with his PC.

Also, I didn't see it mentioned but changing from x86/32-bit to x64/64-bit or x64 to x86 requires a clean install so make sure there is a backup or second copy of data wouldn't want to lose, anything that exists nowhere else.

Yup. Have asked him and he said no data of importance is there since everything (all are documents) is backed up in OneDrive.
