Having a problem with Windows 10 Partitions and Hard Drives

Hi, I'm having a problem here with my hard drives and/partitions.

I currently have just 2 Hard drives. One of 250GB for my main OS (SSD) and my Storage Hard Drive of 1TB (SSD). I have Windows 10 Pro Version 1903. This showed recently and I'm not sure what's the cause. Both Partition master and Windows Defrag show these extra volumes/Partition/Hard drive and I'm not sure what they are. I've been installing also a lot of stuff and I not sure.

I want some advice on what that might be. It shows as not formated, but I can't edit it.

A Solid State Drive (SSD) is not a Hard Disk Drive (HDD). So you don't have any Hard Drives, only SSDs.

A SSD never needs to be defrag and doing reduces its life.
Your images are a little confusing.
Could you please post an image of Disk manager (C:\Windows\System32\diskmgmt.msc) expanding the window and the columns so we can read them.

Hi, Thanks for answering. I'm aware of the diference of the two, just that I should have mention Storage instead of saying hard drives.

Now, thanks for telling me of the defrag. Here is the picture. But I'm confused as to why when I check partition master shows me those extra volumes that have those strange names.

    That is odd.
In Windows disk Management, everything is as it is supposed to be. No mystery there.

I have not seen Volumes listed in Disk Defragmenter like that before. And it may be that whatever they are, Easeus is picking them up and calling them disks.
I would not touch them until you know what they are.

It would be interesting to see what Diskpart has to say.

firstly you can use defrag on SSD's, it knows the difference between SSD's and HDD's and will only run TRIM on them (optimise as opposed to defrag).
Secondly I have a feeling those strange disks are being picked up from shadow volumes in device manager, these are created when you plug in external HDDs and USB flash drives. As to why they are being shown I have no idea.
