Where is my Intel Rapid Storage Technology?

I just bought this computer. When I follow the instructions below, it says no search results found. Where is my RST?

That's interesting. If you look at your order for the computer, does it list Intel Rapid Storage Technology on the line items? Was it ordered directly from Dell?

You can reacquire Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver and application from here:

Thank you, I installed it but, it says my system disk does not meet the requirements.

It almost sounds like the system is misconfigured. Do you need Intel Rapid Storage Technology? Were you planning on setting up RAID?

I probably don't need it, I was curious as to what was. It's running in processes now, so I have it, lol! I don't have the required Optane memory card though, sounds like it doesn't really do much for an ssd. I'm running a Samsung 860 evo, which is already fast.

I suggest that you mark this thread as solved.

And maybe add "never mind" a la Emily Litella. (A famous Gilda Radner character from SNL.) I doubt that anyone ever ships an Optane cache with an SSD.

Oh. Got some small spare Optane drives lying about?

    (I don't need one. My desktops use PCI-E X4 M.2s. One is PCI-E 4.0, the other PCI-E 3.0)
