SEDNA PCI-E card showing drives as removable in Windows 10

    Hello...

NOTE: I am running Windows 10 (build 1909) fully updated.

I am terrible at explaining myself in posts so I will try to explain my issue in the best way I can.

I purchased a SEDNA PCI-E SATA card that I can mount both SSD's and 2.5' hard drives to. I managed to get it to work in Windows 7, but I have been unable to get it to function correctly in Windows 10 because it shows up the drives on it as "removable", similar to a USB drive. Here is a photo of the card:

I would like to free up SATA ports on my board (only have 6) so I can attach a pair of removable drive bays and more hard drives, I would also like to dual boot my PC with Windows 7 and 10 as I have some games and programs that dont work on Windows 10, but do on Windows 7. Thats a problem, and it would be great if Microsoft allowed backwards compatability similar to how they are with the XBONE with 360 games.

I amm sure I heard that there was some sort of registry tweak that fixes this, but I have been unable to find it!

I also noticed that the HDD LED of my system does not light up when activity is happening on the SSD's attached to the card. Is there a way to fix that, some sort of BIOS tweak perhaps?

I hope that someone might be able to assist me to resolve this so I can finalise my systems config.

Could it be because PCIe and USB are part of the same "channels" on the motherboard? Windows really doesn't like installing on removable media although some folks may have gotten it to work.

I was able to. Its permaneantly attached, and cannot be removed because Windows wont let me saying the drive is in use.

There is a driver for Windows 7 that makes it disapear in removeable devices, but not for Windows 10.

I am sure there is a work around to make it disapear from removable devices in Windows 10, I just cannot remember what or how to do it. I do know it is sommething to do with the registry. But that is about the extent of my knowledge on this.
