1)How much better (temperature wise) are Alpenfoehn Sella (Sella - Alpenfohn) and Cryorig H7 (CRYORIG H7 | Research Idea Gear) compared to Wraith Stealth (stock cooler)?

If your wraith cooler fails or needs to be replaced... then you might want to look at one of these. But I wouldn't get these just for the sake of seeing "if it cools any better".

I have read many bad things concerning the temperatures of Ryzen 5 3600 with the stock cooler. I need a new one.

I see the Wraith Prism from a third party seller at Newegg (USA), but they want $50 for it. A bit high, I'd think, since you can get a better aftermarket cooler for half that.
