    Is this an internal drive?

Or an external drive connected by USB port?
    Internal.

Manually (re)-assign a drive letter, like X, Y or Z as a test (unless you've already manually allocated that drive letter to another device - external or internal).

Commonly occurs when there's a clash of drive letters between externally connected devices. Whilst Windows should auto assign the next drive letter available (usually in alpha order) as external drives are attached, sometimes 2 device drive letters may clash, and one device has to lose out.
I don't use any other drive so not the case with letters clashing!

I have replaced the drive wich i though was faulty (hdd 4TB) with a SSD 4TB and it happens also, with all the other drives in the system it doesnīt happen! The only common caracteristic is the 4TB size, i'm thinking MB faulty!

Sorry, i meant i dont plug any other drive that could be trying to use the same letter, i have 4 drives but all of them have their own letter! I read today in Microsoft support forums other people with the same problem and Microsoft says that it could be some problem in windows some corruption in the files, im going to install a fresh windows in other drive and see if it still persists. Will give feedback, thanks.

Excellent idea, would've been my next move (although some purists might expect you to spend the next week or more running all sorts of diagnostic and analysis software. A fresh install of Win 10 and it's up and running in less than 20 mins!).

Update: I think i have found the cat! apparently all the WHEA errors i was getting were because of ram and xmp profile and i found some other guy that was experiencing the same problem and he found that it was because of this ram issue, but he had blue screens from time to time and i donīt, i have constant WHEA errors in event viewer but no bugs or crashes whatsoever, and his disk disappeared as well! I have managed to keep the xmp profile on in my 3600Mhz mems and donīt have the WHEA errors (memory voltage tweaking) so i am confident to say that the problem is most probably solved, never though a ram issue could make a disk disappear! Will get back with feedback in some days if all goes well! Wish me luck!

Well no luck! Despite not having Whea errors no more the disk still
disappeared! Thinking I should just sell the drive! No more ideias!
