In some computers the computer vendor has disabled these.
I have a Dell laptop and it has "MaxxAudio" which has whatever options, not the Realtek HD manager. I have a self built desktop with an ASUS "ROG" (gamer) motherboard and like the Dell it has "SupremeFX".

Please fill in the "My Computer" specs so we know what you have.

The ASUS manual refers to Windows 8 for this model. There are very few Win 10 drivers listed.
There is a Win 8 Realtek driver but no enhancement.
You can try the Realtek driver that is listed on this forum and see if that helps.

Read the thread on which driver for your model Realtek first. CLICK
