You never told me to send you one if that's what you're suggesting. Here you go.
Yes I did. See post #4
    Also post this screenshot:
and repeated thereafter - I posted an example of what I wanted. That was to include the properties and drive version as I showed.

    I also asked these questions:
    I also said:
If you don't have a driver properly installed, uninstall from here, if possible, and restart to reinstall it and then retry.
Please uninstall your touchpad driver, and restart to have it reinstalled. Then see if you can see a GUI for your touchpad.

The only thing you told me to do in post #4 was to access additional mouse options, uninstalling drivers, restarting my computers, and reinstall drivers but no request of a screenshot, but whatever floats your boat. I'm also not sure exactly what you refer to when you say an example of what you wanted, since what you told me you wanted was me to access certain options, uninstall drivers, restart my machine, then reinstall drivers, as I mentioned earlier. I also answered your question about Windows Update in case you might be suggesting I didin't, as well as the one about Lenovo drivers. Furthermore, and as I mentioned quite a few times already, I tried uninstalling the driver already and reinstalling it. Nothing changed. Now that it's clearer for you, I'd like to know how to proceed.
