Ok, you can still use Kyhi's disk anyway, which has, as I said, a lot of tools on it.
Further, where you have a disk from which you wish to recover data, you should immediately stop writing to it.
Installing programs does exactly that. Using a bootable disk doesn't.
You have reduced your chances of data recovery by
installing an os to that disk
using that disk
repartitioning that disk.
All the wrong things.
Try bootable data recovery media.
I beg to differ. What wiped the drive was you converting it to GPT.
diskpart
select disk x
clean
convert GPT
exit
The clean command wipes the drive.
Now that you've done so much on the drive, converted it to GPT and installed Windows 10 on it which re-partitioned the entire disk, your data is likely 90% gone and unrecoverable. You'll have to restore it from the backup you made.
