windows can not find the webcam at all!!

Whenever I try to use webcam it is not found. I have just bought this notebook. what a deception!! Can anybary help me out please! thankfull!!

Any yellow triangles in device manager?

there is no yellow sign at all evem a image driver I could vizualize at all!! Indeed sometimes when I turn on the computer and go right to webcam I take some photos and soon it starts saying that could not find the webcam!! And skipe could not find the webcam at all!!

No there is not any triangle in device manager I could even vizualize any image drive!!

My webcam is on but sometimes when i firt turn on my computer I can take some photos but soon iit says that can not find the webcam.!! skipe also is the same thing!! have just bought this computer but can not use it because no webcam is aveilable at all!!! Indeed my webcam is on but since I bought it I have no webcam or photo that i can take because is not found. Should I return it back to the shop? sometimes when I first turn on my computer I take some photos but soon it says that can not find it at all!!!
