Labelwriter 400 desktop Icon and software ...where is it ?

Downloaded the software direct from manufacturers website for labelwriter 400 label printer ....software downloads to desktop Ok and appears to install software Ok also as when I look into control panel printers I see the installed label writer as installed and can even print a test label without issue ... but where is the rest of the software ? Its not on the desktop nor in the list of installed software as an icon when pressing the windows Icon ? without it I cannot enter data to input what I need printing on the labels ..... very odd , never had any issues with windows 7 or XP so why now? I am running windows 10 version 1903 OS build 18.362.535 any help guidance appreciated
PS : I have tried removing and installing the software twice ], even tried a repair, but the same issue remains ?

Hi, welcome to tenforums . Unfortunately you've not quoted a URL for the program, which appears to need a connected device.

When you look at the site, is it quoted as being compatible with Win 10?
If not, you may need to try installing it in compatibility mode.

    It's not on the desktop
Whilst some programs place a shortcut on the desktop without permission (this is bad practice) others may offer the choice when you install it. Others none.

Installed programs are listed here and here:

where is the rest of the software ?
Typically as you work through installing a program, it will tell you the folder to which the main part of it will be installed. Often you have the option of changing this. Did you see this when you installed it?

Otherwise you can try searching or browsing for it. E.g. in
    C:\Program Files
    or
    C:\Program Files (86)
