Remove the securing screws and power cables. Push up on the back of the card to loosen it.Push down on the tab whilst applying even upward pressure to lift the board out the socket. Reinsert applying an even pressure and the securing table will lock into place by itself.

The clip is about in the middle of the PCI-e socket. It's a standard fitting - Google it.
I did ‘google’ it or as I do I ‘duckduckgo’d’ it, but found nothing helpful, actually though the clip was at the far right of the slot, but doesn’t want to move.....
