Your "build 1904" doesn't look right, hold down the Windows key and press R, type winver and press Enter. Post the complete line about the Version and Build numbers as shown on the panel. Mine shows the latest: Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.535).

Right-click the Start button then click Device Manager, look for anything you don't recognize. Also check if you have any portable devices plugged in such as an SD/SDHC memory card, a USB Thumb Drive or an External USB Hard drive.
