Intet Driver and Support Assistant problem

I have already installed Intet Driver and Support Assistant in my windows 10 Home 1909. But when I run it, it opened web and says

A newer version of the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant is required.

You must upgrade to the latest version to continue.

After download when I try install it, it shows as follows with only uninstall option..

If I select that option, it says uninstall done. But neither newer version installed nor old version removed.
Anyone faced this? if so any solution?

Try running their uninstaller tool:
Download Intel(R) Driver & Support Assistant Uninstaller And then see if it’ll install the newer version.
