Do you think the CPUs support 32/64-bit Windows 10?
It's puzzling (to me) that looking at two of the PCs listed here:
Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
that those PC's specs show they are equipped with Intel CPUs.
Perhaps only available in the Chinese market with Chinese CPUs?
I.e. China requires Western technology transfer, but the reverse is not done.

You have to find examples of PCs there and search for those.
E.g.
