How do I install a .cab file downloaded from Microsoft Update Catalog?

My H81 chipset is not on the list in this post. Windows Update MiniTool shows "pci\ven_8086&dev_8c3a" and "11.7.0.1040". I have downloaded the following from Microsoft Update Catalog.
    Intel - System - 7/18/2017 12:00:00 AM - 11.7.0.1040 Windows 10 and later drivers Drivers (Other Hardware) 2017/7/17 11.7.0.1040 168 KB
It is a .cab file. How should I install it? I found no .exe file below.

I am the only administrator on my Windows 10. On my context menu, there is no "Install" option.

    Hello Matthew,

Option 1 for the context menu would only be there if you manually add the context menu first.

You can still use option 2 instead.

I took the full name from your post #1 and downloaded it. I get a somewhat different file name, more similar to your post #3 name.

Try that full file name instead of the one you posted. I'm not clear on where you got the two different names.

Hmm, you have probably .inf registered to some unpacker.

Anyway, can you identify the device by ID using https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/device_manager_view.html ?
Search for "pci\ven_8086&dev_8c3a" and then install it via device manager manually?

Done as you said, and I got the same error:

An error occurred trying to open - D:\Folder\57415c84-ac56-479d-9ce0-282570245acd_8bdb9b8cc5e570f9a6b8b89826cd64bc4c469340.cab Error: 0x80070002

    Error: 2

The full name was very long, so I renamed it.
