That was a good idea to post it there. Not sure the "advisor" has a good grip on what you said, or what you've done. It's hard to misspell with a copy/paste.

I had a thought. What factors made you choose the first file in the catalog? There were several that looked very similar.

Bingo! All question marks disappeared after I installed Chipset Software Installation Utility downloaded from Intel: Downloads for Intel(R) Chipset Software Installation Utility
Microsoft Update Catalog is of no help in this case.
