I just installed Samsung Magician v7.2.0.930 (fresh install) on my Z370 machine. Instant crash, just like v7.1.1.820 and v7.1.0.770. Same errors in Event Viewer. I will try it on my X570 system but suspect I will get the same result. I have not had any luck with any version past v7.0.1.630. It seems to crash when it tries to scan the drives. I have read lots of similar posts in the Samsung forum. I don't know what they did to this software but every version past v7.0.1.630 has crashed on me as soon as it starts, on 2 different computers and I have no idea why. I am curious if others are having this problem so if you update successfully or not, please post your results.

Only through their own software updater, not on their download site, there it's still 7.2.0.930

Even though I don't use the bloat ware anymore, I still look every day to keep my Magician thread up to date.
With Win 11 I don't even use their NVMe driver, and found Windows snappier using the Windows generic one.

    SAMSUNG Magician V 8.0 released

Samsung NVMe driver tossed out by Windows 10 and incompatible with Samsung SSD 980 Pro (Running on PCIExpress 3.0).
    Why I don't know.

    However, performance is quite good!.
Especially blazing when using Primo Cache (9GB, 70%Read/ 30%Write)
Note: below test screenshot shows test R/W as 50/50 whereas cache is set as mentioned.
