- it says:
In doubt whether this software can work on 64bit system."Main modifications when the version is changed from Ver1.2 to Ver1.4.
·Windows Vista(32bit) compatible"
I am sorry for late reply. But unfortunately I failed installing software and driver...
Examined the dvd image you sent with no other info provided. Did not find DP25 driver, only DP12-50-70. Tried setup.exe from root dir. Immediately error installing HASP driver & "The Hardlock service failed to start due to the following error: This driver has been blocked from loading" in eventlog, cannot continue. After unblocking the driver (yes, I know how to do it) BSOD - incompatible xp driver.
Do you really think I am your alphatester? Why did not you answer my questions in post #4? Unless precisely answered I do not continue, waste of time. My time.

I don't understand why you are angry ? I gave you a complete dvd. if you don't believe me, I can send to you here pictures of the user manual where clearly says that we need to install this dvd in order to get program, and drivers for the camera and usb hasp device.
I looked at post #4, and yes i can give you screenshoots from device manager from windows 10 education for the camera, so that you can see.
but otherwise I have given you all the information, because the program is also important.
please tell me can you help me ?
yes, we have a small usb stick. it just needs to be connected before we start the program for the camera.
- How did you install the camera driver? Inf, setup, else?when installing the driver for the camera, it simply nothing happens after the installation
- Which is exact/full path to the installer from root of dvd?
- Were there any errors, which?
- Are any related errors in eventlog, which?
- Which expected action did not happen?
- Which driver did you install unsuccessfully if camera driver installed before? How did you install it? Path?I failed installing software and driver
- What were related error msgs and events in logs?
- Which other software in addition to camera driver did you install? Path, errors, eventlog?
It is your work to create thorough documentation of steps to be possibly reproduced (attempt only, not big chance without hardware).
And list of drivers to be unblocked (not screenshots) should be created too.
No answer.. your choice. Regfile to unblock hasp driver:
You can experiment in 32bit win10 to avoid the following error but be prepared to bsod instead of it.Code:Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags] ; hasp driver "{bada1fb9-7dfb-45bc-98dc-014e51aa12e9}"=dword:00000077 "{1f47c76b-8b96-46d1-810b-342acd20f470}"=dword:00000077
Recently I take a suspicion about informations supplied; maybe the sentence
should be read asWhen installing the driver for the camera, it simply nothing happens after the installation.
Completely different meaning implies different reasons to join the discussion (or not to join for me). When installing the full software bundle, which includes HASP driver, driver for the camera, graphics programs and other components (from 13 years old DVD which contains drivers only for Windows versions up to XP), we never got main SETUP program to be finished because it failed immediately during 1st step - HASP driver installation; that is why it simply nothing happens after the unsuccessful installation attempt.
So if my guess is true, informations given at the beginning were significantly misleading and quite insufficient. No wonder it led to misunderstanding.
