Thanks, so is Armin's 1.0.3.19 likely to be 10.0.3.19, I wonder?
Sorry, I don't know exactly.Hi, when you reinstalled Win 10, what was your build before you reinstalled (e.g. 1709,1809, 1903) and afterwards?
Is there a comprehensive website for driver download?

Sorry. It's wrong.I have problem with 10.0.3.18 and 10.0.3.19Unfortatntly, I don't know how can I to roll back to older versions. Can you explain to me How can i do it?
You will need to search... I've found you drivers for Win 8.1- at a push you could try that- feel free to explore further for that manufacturer's drivers.
Beware- there are many, many 'driver' sites...
You clean installed, so unless the driver was updated after you did that, there's no roll-back available on your PC.
1) - You can just install an older driver, or,
2) - In Device Manager, right click the BT device, click Properties, and on the Driver tab click "Roll Back Driver". If it is grayed out as in the example below you can not roll back to a previous driver. In that case option one should work.
That said, I'm not sure going back to an older driver will solve the issue, but...
I have suggested
a. You try the one for Windows 8.1 and I have given you a URL.
b. You search for one
Have you done either?
I have explained quite specifically that because you clean installed, you will have received a driver then. There will be no roll-back option unless there was then an update to that driver- which would be unlikely. Because there has been no update, there is only one driver in question. Therefore there is no driver to roll back to.
All this is repetition of what has been said before. Hope that's now clear.
No, I don't mean installing 8.1 and never suggested that - you use the driver that is listed as compatible with and available for Windows 8.1- which has a good chance of still working in Win 10. I.e. an older driver. You may be able to do some research and find a later one from the manufacturer of the device.
I gave you the link from your manufacturer a long time back...
now note that W Update can subsequently replace that driver with the updated version. To stop that you can hide updates, but it's not really so straightforward..
Try Option 7 here (hide)
