Hi, could you please complete details of your laptop including the model number? It would be helpful to know
    - which edition of Windows it came with
    - the URL for the manufacturer's drivers download page (you should be able to find that).

What is your Windows build? Settings, About.

You may need to use an older version of your bluetooth driver. What is its current version?

When did this problem start? Does that relate to
    a. A Windows upgrade or update? (See Update History in Settings if you can correlate the date)
    b. A driver update? (Again Update History- at the bottom).

    Thanks.

Need a bit more information. Did you recently do a Windows Update? Any recent BIOS updates? Anything weird happen that may have caused an issue with Bluetooth?

In fact, I didn't update BIOS. Windows gets update automatically.

Hi, when you reinstalled Win 10, what was your build before you reinstalled (e.g. 1709,1809, 1903) and afterwards?

I.e. did the major build change? If it it did it's quite likely the build of your driver changed.

    Again:
It would be helpful to know
    - which edition of Windows it came with
    - the URL for the manufacturer's drivers download page (you should be able to find that).
I.e. look for an older build of your bluetooth driver and try that.

Your laptop seems to date from around 2011 so you are in unspecified territory- no guarantees that Win 10 will work, or as it continues to be updated, will continue to work. It has some drivers for Win 8.1: BIOS latest is 2018.

It would be worth checking your BIOS version (though I'd guess that's unrelated to your bluetooth driver issue).

    The driver version there is
Qualcomm Atheros QCA9000 Series Bluetooth 4.0+HS Driver 8.0.1.232
    - which doesn't seem to line up with your quoted
    Driver Version 1.0.3.19 (Latest updated)

I've got an HP ProBook 4530s with the same problem, try rolling back the Bluetooth driver to the previous version, seems to have worked for me.

sygnus21 has clean installed, so probably no roll back available. But yes, the principle applies- use an older driver as I've said. I have given the URL for the drivers which I asked sygnus21 to find for me.

Thanks for confirming that works- what version is your driver?

@dalchina I'm currently using this BlueTooth driver version:- 10.0.3.18 and it certainly works as it's currently paired with my, Samsung mobile.
