    How to understand which hardware causes Windows to not work properly?


    I have been having this problem several times, when trying to work on Photoshop. In the section View Reliability History is showing that some hardware problem causes Windows to not work properly. Here is the information that is showing up there:

    It is an issue with your video card, first try updating the driver from the card manufacturers site. Next, shut down the computer and open the case up, blow out all fans especially the video card fan, if it has one, with a can of compressed air. Download HW Monitor and watch the temperatures of your GPU.

    You can also try disabling gpu acceleration for Photoshop.
