Version 1903 update stopped my bluetooth working.

Your issue is more a driver or hardware than Windows update issue. Many here including me have updated to 1903 long ago and haven't had an BT issues. Now that doesn't help fix your issue but it hopefully says the issue is more driver or hardware related than the 1903 update. And by the same token, if you've a driver or hardware issue affecting your BT performance, I doubt the new update is going to solve it.

And it would help to know specifically what make and model your laptop is. Telling us it's a Lenovo is like saying I have an engine issue on a ford car. Help us help you

So I managed to get my bluetooth fixed, although I had to run a chkdsk /r /f operation, deets in here

TL;DR bluetooth stopped being stupid finally, and the "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)" was removed for the last time, it no longer shows up in the device manager
