i have a laptop with intel r celoron 1005M processor,
and i have a 2nd gen core i3
can i replace intel r celoron 1005M with 2nd gen core i3 ?

At a minimum go to the Intel Ark site and check the socket each processor uses. If the socket doesn't match I imagine the answer is No.

Look at the section "Package Specifications"
Next look at the heat it produces. Assuming you need to use same cooler you can't put a chip in that produces more heat.
Look for this in "Performance section" under TDP.
This might help you find a match that you can then research.

Laptops in general have soldered in CPUs and only designed for the CPU they are bought with.
Any upgrade is difficult with almost no reward.
