The PW7015L is a powerbank you use when you don't have an outlet to connect to etc...

Right now i connected it to my laptop and its charging white light as normal.... but im going to see how long it stays like this for... if it stays white light at least 10 minutes... i guess the ac charger is the culprit?

But that is not the case as after just a few minutes, it flashes orange... but now turns back white light...

Now its 4 orange lights, 1 white light... repeats itself.... then right now its white light again

    - - - Updated - - -

Now for the last 5 minutes or so with the powerbank, it seems to be charging correctly with the white light...

But i dont know how long this will last for...

But if the light went even orange once while using the powerbank... then its probably not the ac charger right?

Should i take out the battery and use my laptop plugged in via charger and see if charger is the culprit?

Another 5 minutes has passed... and my powerbank charges it with the normal white light...

Someone on another forum tells me i need to start up laptop while ac charge... then press F2 once and see if my system setup recognizes the ac adapter. If it shows unknown, the battery will not charge. They said to make sure the ac adapter is listed in the setup with the rated power capacity-not showing unknown....

    Thoughts on that?
Yes, sounds reasonable to me. Is this the factory charger you have some new charger I don't recall?

This is the original Dell AC Charger that came with the laptop when I bought it.

So you want me to do which part?

Take out the battery and use it plugged in to ac charger to see if it works?

    Or

What that other person said in the dell forum which was connect charger to it then turn on laptop, and press F2 and go to those settings?

I asked that person... I also downloaded the dell power manager and it showed Battery Health Excellent and said does that mean its 100% not the battery issue... he said NOT NECESSARILY...

Right now i unplugged my power bank to my laptop and connected my ac charger to it....for few minutes... it was white light charging as usual... then it went a few orange lights and went back quickly to white light and charging.

So what do you want me to do now? Also... should i continue charging my laptop as usual with my ac charger? Right now... i been charging it for like 6 minutes or so with no issue except when it went few orange blinks for a short while... then went back to white light right now...

I tried to do another battery report right now. How do i view it? I did the same one over an hour ago and its named the same thing.

Battery life report saved to file path C:\Windows\system32\battery-report.html.

But when i type battery-report.html... it seems to only show the older report i did an hour ago.

I would do F2 with charger and with battery bank and see what the difference is while in F2 and you switch from one to the other.

I took another battery report now... I been charging it successfully with my ac charger for like almost 15 minutes or so... but around the 3 minute mark... it did flash orange like 3 times quickly but went back to white and stayed white since...
Any thing you can tell from this picture?

    Is the mWH correct though?

The capacity of each is by default on top of the report. When it gets to 100% charged battery, it should go from 50000 to close to like 79800? Otherwise the battery would be bad?

    Design Capacity 83,995mWH

    Full Charge Capacity 79,800mWH

Still having issues with this. It flashes the orange light still but doesn't rapidly flash orange like over and over. But it would not suprise me if it does it again soon.

Now the battery is blinking white, repeatedly.. 1 each time... does not stop. I did not see this type of blinking before.

The touchpad doesn't even work... Im using the wireless mouse to move it.

Earlier I got this message for first time

A non dell battery has been detected. Using an incompatible battery or a third party battery may increase the risk of fire or explosion. Only authentic dell batteries should be used in dell systems

It then keeps flashing orange over and over. I took out the screws and back of laptop, then took battery out and put it back in... then it detected no battery. I then decided to take out the battery and try to plug the ac charger in to see if it had any issues on charger and no battery... tested it for few minutes and seems to operate on ac charger.

Then plugged battery back in. Then plugged in ac charger to it.

Then it few times got the message your battery no longer operates and needs to be replaced few times from the Dell Power Management...

Right now when charging, its flashing orange... so you want me to do the thing you mentioned with pressing the

If i got that message even once, does it mean my battery went bad? Again i had it for few weeks only. I got this message several times when i tried to charge it.

The other thing I'm thinking is... is it possible the rainbow connector is not connected tightly with the connector in the laptop? Remember weeks ago it kept flashing orange and white and then after putting battery in... it was good for like almost two weeks? The thing is when you put that rainbow cable in... there isn't any sort of snap like okay it fits. Its like you are just pushing it it. But are suppose to push it in after you set the battery into place? Or just push it in first straight... then set the battery down? In all those youtube videos of putting the battery in... they don't show you exactly like how it goes in with the rainbow side... so I'm thinking its possible the wires are loose or the adapter has issues?

Turned on laptop again without ac charger. Shows low battery percentage as my battery is low.

Then I plugged in charger and get same message

Dell can communicate with the battery

    and then

your battery no longer operates and needs to be replaced few times from the Dell Power Management...

    - - - Updated - - -

And now it shows unknown battery on the dell power manager... When it worked fine for 2 weeks, it was excellent. Now it has sometimes shown excellent when im not charging the laptop... or its not official dell... and now its unknown.

And again this is official dell battery.

Right now continues to orange flash on my laptop and running out of battery almost.

Do I go press F2 at startup to see if i could find anything on this?

The person in another forum said check F2 at startup and look at the ac adapter etc...

If you've checked the battery connection again, you might want to contact the seller and tell them what's going on and see what they have to say.

What does that screen look like if you plug the charger in and similarly your battery bank? 10% means start charging it now. Post screenshots - I don't want your interpretation without screenshots.

You've been talking about another person and F2 for days. When are you actually going to do that?

When its still flashing orange, I plug the ac charger, thats what it looks like

The person that said to press F2, their instructions was not very clear. And that person didn't usually respond back until hours later so I didn't want to get stuck in a part where I don't know what to do...
