It boots Windows XP CD. The computer is old, maybe Windows 10 can't be installed because of some devices, drivers or bios. Thank you to all who gave suggestions.

I have a machine with an AMD V120 CPU, I've tried Windows 10 on it but frankly it felt a bit like swimming in treacle. You Sempron's PassMark benchmark is just two thirds of my V120...

...frankly I think you'll be disappointed with W10 on this machine. In fact, I wouldn't recommend W10 on any single-core CPU such as ours. Linux can give such older machines a new lease of life.
Yes, it seems a little slow on right-click and using the start menu. Opening files is good. Google Chrome takes some time to open, and it is slower. The processor is on 100% with Chrome, the RAM is about 1.8 GB. Some programs froze a few times, like Task Manager, Paint, and Chrome, opening them together.
Where should I upload the image?
The disk image has been created by Windows 10. That is the folder, 11 GB. The biggest file is in backup, it's .vhdx.
