Add a bluetooth device is not showing up

My PC OS Build:

I click "Add Bluetooth and other devices" to add 2 bluetooth controller of Mixed Reality but it do not popup any windows... (It has been showed the windows to find bluetooth device before)
Anyone have the same issue with that build?

Open Device Manager to see if it shows any BT devices present. You need to have a WiFI device installed that is BT capable.

No device connected... The problem is I clicked on + Add Bluetooth or other device and it not show any windows like before...

Ya, I know Device Manager bro. I uninstalled all driver under Bluetooth and reinstall bluetooth driver. Bluetooth is still exist (previous device can connected to my PC normally) but I can not add device because no popup show up.

Ya, have just do uninstall completely both of Intel WLAN and Intel Bluetooth but no luck (
